Get your full driving permit, after your learner licence and IOV test.

Apply for your full driving permit with UDLS. Step 2, after your learner licence. Your learner licence must still be valid (3 months from issue), and you'll sit the IOV competence test. A government fee applies, priced by class and duration (1, 3 or 5 years); our team handles the whole application. Government fees included. For one all-in price. What UDLS (Ministry of Works & Transport) charges

A new motorcycle driving permit (classes A, A1 and B1) starts at UGX 100,000 for one year, following the fee revision effective 1 August 2024.
