Get your full driving permit — after your learner licence and IOV test.

Apply for your full driving permit with UDLS — step 2, after your learner licence. Your learner licence must still be valid (3 months from issue), and you'll sit the IOV competence test. A government fee applies, priced by class and duration (1, 3 or 5 years); our team handles the whole application — government fees included — for one all-in price. Pass the test, and the permit card is produced for collection.

What UDLS (Ministry of Works & Transport) charges

A new motorcycle driving permit (classes A, A1 and B1) starts at UGX 100,000 for one year, following the fee revision effective 1 August 2024.
