What you can expect every time you use UGGov.
Fees you can check
Every agency fee we show is the agency's own, with where we found it and when we last checked. A fee we could not confirm is marked as such. When our team handles your application, you see the all-in price before you pay, with the agency's fee inside it.
Your language
Ask in any of our 26 languages and the reply comes in the same one. You can also switch the site's language at the top of any page.
Honest progress
Your application shows the step it has really reached. A step run only for a demonstration is labelled as simulated, and we never say an agency has acted when it has not.
Current facts
For fees, deadlines and who holds an office, the assistant checks current sources before it answers, and links to the agency's official site.
Care with your data
We use your information to answer you, to run the services you start and to improve UGGov. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to show, correct or delete it. Data protection
