Article 245. Environment
Protection and preservation of the environment

Parliament shall, by law, provide for measures intended—
(a)
to protect and preserve the environment from abuse, pollution and degradation;
(b)
to manage the environment for sustainable development; and
(c)
to promote environmental awareness.
